Remembering Mr Lee Kuan Yew 2015 Mar 23

As a note out of the context of this blog, TPM Outdoor would like to express our sadness and gratitude to the First Prime Minister of Singapore. Our company and the lives of many in this company would not be what it is today without the work of Mr Lee Kuan Yew and his team; our grandparents and all their hard work and dedication.
On a personal note and all comments to be taken as the author's own - I would like to acknowledge that I am feeling sad and inspired by Mr Lee Kuan Yew passing. It is a life of contribution and being hard on others and harder on himself and his family. His job is done. A life well lived. It is a great legacy to live and love into for the future generations. Thank you. Such is the humbleness of LKY - as today he is addressed as "The first Prime Minister of Singapore" and not some grandiose title. Such is the consideration of LKY that he passed on a Monday wee morning and not over the weekend for Singaporeans working behind the scenes to have a restful and peaceful Sat/ Sun before. Such is the selfless-ness and pragmatism of LKY, that on such a day, it is still business as usual for Singapore.
